St Helens School Sports Centre is located on the grounds of St Helens School. The sports centre has a 25 metre, 6 lane swimming pool. The class room is upstairs next to a large dance studio.

It is a 3 minute walk from Northwood Station which is served by the Metropolitan line.

It is served by 3 bus routes - H11, 282 and 331

There is a free car park at the sports centre which is accessible via the Green Lane entrance. Do note though that the car park can be exceptionally busy at weekends.

The Caterham High School in the heart of the Clayhall district of Ilford. It is a specialist sports college with community activities at its heart. Facilities are accessed through the sports centre car park and in to the fitness centre. The swimming pool is a 20 metre, 4 lane community swimming pool. Class room facilities are in the main school.

Facilities are close to several underground stations - all on the Central Line, Barkingside and Gants Hill being the most convenient. All are within walking distance, although some may wish to take a bus from the station.

There is a free car park at the school

The sports centre has a 33 metre, 8 lane swimming pool with a large 16 metre x 12 metre teaching pool. There is a small cafe in Harrow Leisure Centre serving a small range of sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold drinks.

It is 5 minutes walk from Harrow and Wealdstone station which is served by the Bakerloo Line, London Overground, London Midland and Southern Rail.

The centre is service by numerous bus routes – H9/H10 stop immediately outside the building, 140, 182, 186, 258 and 340 stop at Harrow and Wealdstone Station.

There is a large free visitors car park.
